I have no doubt that this approach would also have been appreciated by buyers who were going through a nerve-wracking time themselves and by my tenant, who Trish regularly spoke with.

Ultimately, Agents get judged by their ability to sell a property at a rate that the vendor is happy with. Trish's work with potential buyers was over and above my expectations and led to her being able to execute multiple sales strategies that led to a great sale price. She was well supported by others at Chisholm and Gamon, all of whom shared Trish's professionalism and commitment to excellent service and selling my property.
