Quick 5 in Bayside – with Simone Narduzzo

We’re back with another post in our Quick 5 series – and this time we introduce Simone Narduzzo – another of our amazing and hardworking Property Managers here at Chisholm & Gamon. Simone has been with us at C & G for 6 years, and her many 5 star reviews from happy clients are testament to her commitment to excellence in her role. Let’s get to know Simone a little better below!

Can you tell us a little about your role at C+G?

I am a senior property manager managing a portfolio of properties in the Port Phillip and Bayside area and every day is never the same, which I love. I am always out and about inspecting properties, meeting renters and owners, and building relationships. My favourite aspect of my role is attending the first routine inspection for a new renter and seeing how they have settled into the rental property and made it their home.

What do you love most about bayside Melbourne?

The beach! I love being a stone's throw away from the beach - and also exploring our amazing shopping villages in bayside, as it is really important to me to support local businesses. A daily enjoyment is definitely my lunch time walk along the beach - from our office in Ormond Road up to Point Ormond – time to take a breather and take in our beautiful locale!

What do you love most about working with Chisholm & Gamon?

Our team is like a second family; it really is so special to be able to turn up to work everyday and work with such amazing people. We all support one another and happily help our team mates when needed. That support is invaluable.

What do you like doing when you're not at work?

You would usually find me on the beach in summer, and year-round walking my two cavoodles in either Yalukit Willam Nature Reserve, Elsternwick Park or around Point Ormond.

What's your favourite spot in the City of Port Phillip/Bayside?

Definitely drinks with friends at Blue Tongue including a delicious array of shared plates. I also love meeting friends at the Elwood Tavern for a pint of Guiness and then heading up to Odyssey for one of their amazing souvlakis!
