With a background in property development with his family’s business, Adam Pali certainly comes to Chisholm & Gamon with a pedigree in real estate!

In Adam’s role as Business Development Manager for the Elwood Property Management Office he spends time carefully explaining all aspects of the marketing and leasing process to clients and takes a proactive approach to tailoring management plans to suit each individual landlords’ needs.

Understanding there is no “one size fits all” approach to property management, Adam’s commitment to take that extra step wherever necessary ensures that each landlord receives individual and effective marketing, thorough checks on all potential tenants, and a timely leasing to a quality tenant.

Adam’s leasing skills are second to none; he exhibits a natural passion and enthusiasm for matching people to properties, and clients appreciate his genuine warmth and care in all communications.

Away from work, Adam’s two big loves are travel and cars – but being a true Bayside local, you’ll most often find him enjoying a coffee or two at one of the many cafes dotted amongst the foreshore villages or relaxing at the beach.
