With both of his parents boasting 35 years in the real estate industry, it's little surprise that James Bavin has followed his mother & father into a real estate career, and brings an innate depth of understanding of people and property to the Chisholm & Gamon sales team.

With a background in the food & beverage industry, both in Australia and overseas, James has built a strong customer service ethic with excellent communication skills and has an empathy for the challenges faced by clients when buying or selling a home. Away from the office, James enjoys time spent with his wife and two young daughters – time spent, more often than not, in the beautiful Bayside outdoors! When time permits he enjoys the odd game of golf and, after his years in the industry, has kept up a keen interest in cooking and fine wine.
