Elwood Village VIP Shopping Night

This year, Elwood Village extends its usual trading hours for their VIP Shopping Night on a Thursday – which is perfect if your weekend commitments are chocking up fast! Head to South Village Trading for a savvy assortment of designer gifts including homewares, fashion and furniture. For children’s toys and gifts, visit Naughts & Crosses. For books you can’t go past The Grumpy Swimmer, and for something truly unique - Alafia Gallery is also a local favourite!

Port Melbourne Primary School Fete

Sunday, November 27th, 10am – 8pm

415 Graham Street, Port Melbourne

You may have seen Port Melbourne Primary School featured on the hit TV series ‘House Husbands,’ but their annual School Fete will be a fantastic family day out for Bayside dads and mums alike! In addition to the markets, expect a petting zoo, jumping castle, super slide, food, wine and more. It’s not too late to donate to the fete’s markets either – if you’ve got books, clothing and toys that you no longer have need of, the school would be very grateful for your donation. The Dumbo Feather Christmas Fete

Saturday, December 3rd, 8am – 2pm

The White House, St Kilda

Over 35 stallholders will present a vibrant array of artisan tea, jewellery, homewares and more at the Dumbo Feather Christmas Fete in St Kilda. Handmade ceramics, baked goods, cosmetics, candles, textiles will guarantee something for everyone, and everything is ethically produced.

Bayside Design Market

Saturday, November 26th, 11am -4pm

Brighton Town Hall

The Bayside Design Market is a maker’s market especially for locals. Head over to the Brighton Town Hall at the Corner of Wilson Street and Carpenter Street to visit up to 30 stallholders, who will be selling everything from handmade stationary and artworks to woodwork, textiles, ceramics and more.

St Joseph’s Primary School Fete

Saturday, November 26th, 12pm – 6pm

28 Sandham Street, Elsternwick

This year, St Joseph’s is spoiling the community with a ‘carnival’ themed fete! Entry is free and all ages are welcome. Expect kids’ rides, stage entertainment, face painting, a raffle, a BBQ, cake stalls and more. Learn more here.
