On Yer Bike!

Local Community

It’s that time of the year again, when we put down our car keys and pick up our helmets for National Ride2Work Day. The team at C&G encourage you to get on your bike this morning - Wednesday the 16th of October - and take the road less travelled to your place of work.

Ride2Work Day aims to promote a healthy and active lifestyle for all Australians whilst enjoying the company of friends, family and colleagues. It is a fun and fulfilling nationally run initiative, which encourages individuals to continue riding to work long after the program’s end. With an impressive 47% of new riders registered in 2012 still riding to work when surveyed five months after National Ride2Work Day, the results speak for themselves. If you’re taking part, why not celebrate your new commute to work with fellow colleagues and cyclists over a free brekky? Below are just a few of the many locations around the city and bayside to ‘pump your brakes’ and grab a bite to eat….
