Elwood Testimonial

Testimonials

I am writing to provide you with some feedback about James Bavin and give some details on my experience with him and Chisholm and Gamon in general.

I have been house hunting in Elwood since selling my property in Malvern in late 2015.

Due to my change in lifestyle I decided to buy in Elwood. Initially however, enquiries with many agents did not result in any opportunities and I wondered how best to obtain a property.

I eventually came across a property in Ruskin Street which I thought was possibly suitable. Although this property wasn't ultimately right for me, this is where I met James Bavin.

James immediately began to post me other potential properties and any email request was quickly responded to.

Finally I came across Scott street and I sought the advice of James. As a result of his attention I decided to go ahead with the property.

This was not the end of my association with James however as I asked him to keep me informed of any good properties arising in the market.

Every day a new property was sent to me and eventually he mentioned a property in Rothesay. I drove past and thought it a great looking property. My daughter Natalie was over from NZ to arrange repairs to her property in Goldsmith street.

I mentioned Rothesay to her and although she and Fred were not in the market to buy, I suggested she should have a sticky.

James immediately said that Natalie and Fred were Sam Gamon's clients so he would proceed with it. After meeting Sam and viewing the property Natalie and Fred both agreed it was a great opportunity. Both felt confident that Sam knew they were serious buyers keen to make a quick purchase and he succeeding in achieving this sale.

In summary, without James both Scott Street and Rothesay Avenue would not have been considered by us.

I look forward to further association with James as I know he will find a house for my youngest daughter (hopefully quickly, before she looks outside the area in desperation!)

I have found James to be the most helpful and obliging agent I have ever dealt with and a credit to Chisholm and Gamon.

Yours Sincerely,

Rob Whyte.
