Ripponlea Testimonial

I recently engaged C&G to sell our 2 bedroom apartment in Ripponlea. I have had a long relationship with Torsten and Kylie since we originally purchased the very same property through the pair some years ago. Once our growing family required us to move out C&G were the managing agent and did a great job of ensuring the property was tenanted and other administration attended to.

When it came time to finally sell we naturally turned to Torsten and Kylie once again to take the property to auction. They visited us at our home to take us through the process and quickly assembled a marketing plan and set a date. Throughout the process, the C&G team stayed on top of things. The auction date had to change at my request (which was managed seamlessly), followed by having to manage a removalist's van providing a somewhat distracting backdrop to the actual auction.

Despite these challenges, Torsten and his team found a buyer immediately after the property was passed in and I was extremely happy with the final outcome.
