I would like to formally thank you, on behalf of Adam and myself, for the professional way you handled the recent leasing of our apartment in Rockley Road South Yarra. 

As you are aware we spent almost 9 months renovating and redecorating the property to what we believe is a very high standard of finish . As a result, at the time I was particularly concerned that we appoint an agent who we felt had an appreciation of the apartment and would be able to find an equally appreciative and suitable tenant.
