Summer is over

Autumn follows hot on the heels of Summer and the Christmas frenzy. You’ll be dealing with more serious buyers who aren’t motivated by the mad rush of Spring’s market.

The market is still going strong

The recently slashed interest rates have already positively impacted upon the housing market, with a flurry of deals closed throughout January and February. If there is anything that’ set to encourage more buyers onto the market, it’s the recent announcement of an even lower rate of 0.50% from the Reserve Bank of Australia! You could be attracting patient investors who have been waiting for the perfect opportunity to purchase or first home buyers who are ready to put their foot in the ownership door.

In Autumn both weather and temperature are generally constant, and you can showcase outdoor areas against beautiful clear skies. With the right upkeep across Summer, it’s possible that your garden will be colourful and lush as Autumn rolls on.
