The St Kilda Festival is known as one of Australia’s oldest music festivals, providing a platform for many local musicians and talents. This year there are over 60 artists playing across 7 stages! You can find some recognisable names like Hot Dub Time Machine and Birdz making an appearance. The genre list is diverse – from hip-hop and African pop to grunge and jazz, there is plenty of music for everyone to enjoy. Check out the full list of stages and line-up here.

Activities and Events

It’s not all about the music. It starts with an early morning session of Disco Yoga on the Main Stage - perfect for the morning birds amongst us! If you like to dance, check out the DanceZone for performances and classes. There is Bellydance Kizmet for women who love culture, as well as robotic dance taught by Rebel Stepz. You may also be interested in the dance classes running throughout the day, taught by the talented cast from Dancing With The Stars.

The Catani Gardens will host a game of bubble soccer for the little ones, and also the Hare Krishna Vegan Food Fest. There will be food but also face painting, body art, meditation booths and classes in international cuisine!

Check out the full program of activities here, gather your friends and family, and start planning a memorable day!
