Crazy about cocktails? You’re in luck – Melbourne will be celebrating its love for cocktails with a five-day Cocktail Festival from the 26th of February until the 1st of March. The best local and international bartenders will be collaborating to host delicious tasting sessions, as well as industry talks and ticketed parties. SPLASH! Tasting Day
SPLASH! will be happening on Thursday the 27th of February at the Craft & Co in Collingwood. There are two sessions at 3pm and 6pm, perfect for a bottomless afternoon or post-work gathering! A ticket to this event will score you unlimited tastings from some of the world’s best beer, wine and spirit makers who have gathered to celebrate their innovation and creativity. Symposium
If you’re a curious mind who loves learning new things, the Melbourne Cocktail Symposium is the event for you. From 9:00am until 5:30pm on the 26th of February, the Craft & Co will be buzzing with curated talks, panels and workshops featuring the most prominent figures in the beverage industry. Some of the topics covered include the future of bar design, lock-out laws and fermentation! This is perfect for budding bartenders or hospitality workers who want to break into the industry or simply pick up some valuable tips from the industry leaders. Bar Safari
The Bar Safari will be taking bar hopping to a whole new level!
