This week, Chisholm & Gamon are bringing you a rare look into our lovely staff's inner workings and day-to-day! Today, we’re taking a quick moment with our beloved Head of Property Management, Renee!

Chisholm & Gamon: Hi Renee! Can you tell us a little about your job at C+G?

Renee: I manage the Residential Property Management Department in conjunction with our General Manager and Managing Director. Together we implement new procedures for our team, provide support with individual situations as needed, and hold weekly team meetings where we provide ongoing training on the Residential Tenancies Act and other relevant skills and topics needed for property management. Plus, I manage a small portfolio end to end!

C&G: What do you love most about the City of Port Phillip?

R: The beach, restaurants, cafes and the community feel!

C&G: What do you love most about working with Chisholm & Gamon?

R: The people I work with. We really are a family, not just work colleagues.

C&G: What do you like doing when you're not at work?

R: I am a Hawthorn supporter and love attending the games. I am originally from Country NSW, so I love heading back home for a weekend away, travelling and catching up with family and friends.

C&G: What's your favourite spot in the City of Port Phillip?

R: My favourite restaurant would be Stokehouse, for the views over the bay.
