Melbourne - we’re considered the cultural pulse of Australia, with a variety of art districts across the state! At the forefront is the City of Port Phillip, and it’s practically impossible to swing a framed Picasso print without accidentally hitting one of the many beautiful and educational art galleries or museums across the bayside area.
