I was introduced to Torsten Kasper several years ago by an agent/principal who had just successfully managed the sale of a property for me in Cheltenham. At the time I was considering selling the property I was living in Brighton and Torsten was recommended on the basis of his knowledge of the area and just as importantly, the way in which he conducted business. While I did not proceed with the sale at the time I was impressed by him and his knowledge of not just Brighton but the surrounding suburbs. Over the next few years I remained in contact with him,seeking his advice about the market at various times and through my recommendation of him to others. This included the sale of the home of a friends elderly sister who was going into care due to dementia. My friend and I were both very impressed with his professionalism, hard work and kindness.

I also wanted an agent who would remain engaged during the process of the sale and provide the best possible advice.

Torsten successfully managed the sale of my home in Brighton a couple of months ago.
