Quick 5 in Bayside – with Tina Kelly!

Kicking off our Quick 5 series in 2025, we are delighted to introduce Tina Kelly – one of our amazing and hardworking Property Managers here at Chisholm & Gamon. Tina has been working with us at C & G for 8 years, and is highly respected and valued by both her colleagues and clients alike. Let’s get to know Tina a little better!

Can you tell us a little about your role at C+G?

I handle the end to end management of a residential rental property portfolio, and also enjoy helping people find their new homes to live in.

What do you love most about bayside Melbourne?

I love that there are so many beautiful beaches to enjoy – from Port Melbourne through to Elwood, and even further along the bay past Black Rock and Parkdale. The choices are endless!

What do you love most about working with Chisholm & Gamon?

Without a doubt it’s the people I work with - everyone is incredibly friendly and supportive, which is so important in a high energy role like Property Management.

What do you like doing when you're not at work?

I enjoy socialising and chilling out with friends, family and my dog - and also getting back to nature by camping!

What's your favourite spot in the City of Port Phillip/Bayside?

Without a doubt it has to be Bullseye Bahn Mi in St Kilda which has the best Vietnamese food and best pork crackle EVER!!
